B Communications Ltd., through its subsidiaries, provides a range of telecommunications services for business and domestic customers in Israel. The company offers telephony services; internet services, including service over fibers and wholesale BSA services; transmission and data communication services and wholesale services; cellular radio-telephone services; and integration for businesses, as well as hosting services and ICT solutions. It is also involved in marketing of end equipment, installation, operation and maintenance of equipment and systems in the field of cellular communications; and provision of digital multi-channel TV broadcasting services to subscriptions over satellite, as well as over the internet; and value-added services. The company was formerly known as 012 Smile. Communications Ltd. and changed its name to B Communications Ltd. in March 2010. B Communications Ltd was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
