It operates a 100-megawatt (MW) diesel-fired electricity generating facility in Zamboanga City; 55 MW diesel-fired electricity generating facility located in Alabel, Sarangani Province; 103 MW bunker-fired Iligan diesel power plants; and 210 MW coal-fired power plants situated in Maasim, Sarangani Province. The company also develops residential estate properties, mix-use communities, and golf and country clubs, as well as agro-industrial economic zones. In addition, the company holds interests in the Manat mining claims that covers an area of 1,547.32 hectares located in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley and in the Municipality of Maco, Davao del Norte. The company was formerly known as Terra Grande Resources, Inc. and changed its name to Alsons Consolidated Resources, Inc. in June 1995.
