DMCI Holdings, Inc. is a holding company. The Company’s segments include Construction and Others, Coal Mining, Nickel Mining, Real Estate, On-grid Power, Off-grid Power and Water. The Construction and Others segment is engaged in various construction projects and construction-related businesses. The Coal Mining segment is engaged in the exploration, mining and development of coal resources on Semirara Island in Caluya, Antique. The Nickel Mining segment is engaged primarily in mining and selling nickel ore from the existing stockpile in Acoje mines in Zambales and Berong mines in Palawan. The Real Estate segment is focused on mid-income residential development. The On-grid Power segment is engaged in power generation through coal-fired power plants. The Off-grid Power segment is engaged in power generation through satellite power plants. The Water segment is engaged in water services for the west portion of Metro Manila and Olongapo City and Subic Bay Freeport, respectively.
