The company offers medicines on prescription, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, food supplements, dermato-cosmetics, cosmetics, and medical devices, as well as other healthcare products dispensed through pharmacies. It also provides medical services in various areas, including oncology, hematology, oncological surgery and HIPEC, bariatric surgery, thoracic surgery, and robotic surgery; and operates renal transplant and cardiovascular disease center. In addition, the company offers products with lactoferrin, vitamins and minerals in tablets/sachets, plant extracts, pre and probiotics, product with natural enzyme, and cosmetics. Further, it is involved in retail and distribution of pharmaceutical products; production of pharmaceutical products, food supplements, and dermocosmetics; and provision of medical ang hospital services. The company was incorporated in 1952 and is headquartered in Brasov, Romania.
