NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation was established by Polaris Investment Advisors K.K. As the founder under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended). Registration with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau was completed on October 26, 2010 (registration number 72, filed with the Director of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau). NIPPON REIT issued new investment units through a public offering (144,200 units) on April 23, 2014, as the payment date and listed on the J-REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 24. Furthermore, NIPPON REIT issued investment units through public offerings in February 2015, July 2015 and July 2018 and third-party allotments in March 2015, July 2015 and July 2018, cancelled treasury investment units in December 2024 and conducted an investment unit split in January 2025. As a result, the total number of investment units issued and outstanding as of the end of the current period (June 30, 2025) is 1,768,380 units. NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation was incorporated in Japan in 2010. NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation was established on September 8, 2010 and incorporated in 2010 in Japan.
