The company is a mineral exploration company which engages in the exploration of titanium, vanadium, and polymetallic prospects for gold, silver, lead, copper, molybdenum, and zinc. The company holds a 100% interest in the Tyee Titanium Project, comprising 189 contiguous mineral claims approximately 10,136 hectares in Quebec for titanium-vanadium-scandium mineralization. It also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Cabin Lake Polymetallic Project, comprising 7 contiguous mineral claims approximately 2,363 hectares in British Columbia for silver-lead-zinc-gold mineralization. The company was formerly known as Eureka Lithium Corp. and changed its name to Eureka Metals Corp. in May 2026. Eureka Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
