Its cbdMD brand products include oils, gummies, capsules, soft-gels, topicals, functional formulations, and hemp-derived compliant Delta-9 THC products. It also provides products for dogs and cats, including tinctures, chews, and topicals under the Paw CBD brand name; non-cannabinoid functional ingredients, such as functional mushrooms under the ATRx brand; and hemp-derived solutions under the Herbal Oasis brand. It serves retailers, and health and pet channels through the direct-to-consumer channel, e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and wholesale distribution. The company was formerly known as Level Brands, Inc. and changed its name to cbdMD, Inc. in May 2019. cbdMD, Inc. is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
