In addition, the company offers call center outsourced and CMX services; digital CX services, such as robotic process automation, data analytics, omnichannel, and AI chatbots; call center seat rental solutions; and HR and information technology outsourcing services. The company was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Cairo, Egypt. Raya Customer Experience operates as a subsidiary of Raya Holding Company for Financial Investments (S.A.E).
