Olam Group Limited is a Singapore-based food and agri-business, supplying food ingredients, feed and fiber to a range of customers. The Company operates through three segments: Olam Food Ingredients (ofi), Olam Agri (OA) and the remaining Olam Group. It operates in more than 60 countries and includes farming, processing, and distribution operations, as well as a global network of farmers. The Ofi business consists of cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices. The Company’s Olam Agri business consists of grains and oilseeds, integrated feed and proteins, edible oils, rice, specialty grains and seeds, cotton, wood products, rubber, and commodity financial services. The remaining Olam Group business includes Olam Ventures (engine 2 growth platforms); Olam Technology and Business Services (OTBS) that offers shared services to operating groups and digital and technology services to third parties; and Olam Global Holdco that provides de-prioritized assets and gestating assets.
