Gatron (Industries) Limited, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells polyester filament yarns, PET preforms, and raw materials in Pakistan and internationally. It operates through Polyester Filament Yarn, Polyester PET Preform, and Electric Power Generation segments. The company offers polyester filament yarns made from polyester polymers and chips, which consists of speciality yarns, such as cooly, PBT, g-stretch, baarish, thick and thin, linen like, polycat, black and white, kota, peach, knitting peach, solid peach, deep dyed, velvet type, wool like, super micro, anti-bacterial, and flame-retardant yarns; DTY products, including full dull, semi dull polyester filament, and bright yarns; FDY products; ecoron recycled yarns; specialty yarns; cationic yarns; dope dyed yarns; air-covered yarns; and bioron products. It also provides PET preforms; PET resins; and polyester and spandex synthetic knitted fabrics for the apparel industry, which includes single jersey, mesh, interlock, rib, fleece, scuba, and speedo. In addition, the company engages in the generation and sale of electric power. It exports its products. Gatron (Industries) Limited was incorporated in 1980 and is based in Hub, Pakistan.
