The company was formerly known as WLM Indústria e Comércio S.A. and changed its name to WLM Participações e Comércio de Máquinas e Veículos S.A. in December 2017. The company was incorporated in 1946 and is headquartered in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. WLM Participações e Comércio de Máquinas e Veículos S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Sajuthá-Rio Participações S.A.
