It engages in the operation of Vinyl Media, a publishing division for content and live experiences; and holding licences for Rolling Stone, Variety, Time Out, BuzzFeed, Tasty, Refinery29, POPSUGAR, and LADbible Group, including LADbible and SPORTbible. The company also owns and operates titles, such as PEDESTRIAN.TV, Concrete Playground, Mediaweek, and The Music Network. In addition, it operates Vinyl.com, an e-commerce destination; Vampr, a social-professional network and talent marketplace; and Serenade, a chart-accredited Smart Formats platform. The company was formerly known as Jaxsta Limited and changed its name to Vinyl Group Ltd in December 2023. Vinyl Group Ltd is based in South Yarra, Australia.
