Ultrack Systems Inc. is a Canada-based provider of global positioning system (GPS) tracking solutions. The Company develops, implements and distributes electronic monitoring and tracking systems for companies in leasing, transportation, construction, disposal and other service-driven industries. The Company’s platform includes live tracking, reports and alerts on a Web-based platform. The Company helps its clients locate, track and manage their assets using wireless and GPS-based technologies. Its GPS information is also useful to officials in cities where certain vehicles are not allowed in areas at specific times or days. The software operator will be notified by setting up an electronic boundary, geo-fence. Those vehicles within the fence at restricted times can then be pointed out and fined accordingly from the administrator’s chair. The Company’s subsidiaries include Blip Systems Inc. and Michael S. Marsbergen.
