Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited is engaged in the business of power transmission and distribution, and steel structures and engineering. The Company is involved in the fields of fabrication of steel structures for power, commercial and industrial construction projects, and implementation of high-power transmission lines. The Company operates through three segments: Environmental Control System, Steel Structure & Engineering, and Power Transmission & Distribution and Overhead Electrification (OHE). The Company’s Environmental Control System division provides the heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment to defense, railways, telecom and other application segments, which includes designing, manufacture and supply of air handling units, fan coil units, air distribution products and ventilation units. The Steel Structures & Engineering segment provides onsite fabrication of steel structures, erection, installation, supply, prefabrication of structural steel components.
