Penguin International Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the design, building, owning, and operation of high-speed aluminum crafts in Singapore, East Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East, rest of Southeast Asia, and internationally. The company operates in two segments: Chartering; and Shipbuilding, Ship Repairs and Maintenance. It specializes in various build-for-stock and build-to-order projects, including firefighting search-and-rescue vessels, patrol boats, security vessels, launches, offshore flex crew boats, windfarm crew transfer vessels, and passenger ferries. The company also owns and operates a fleet of crew boats, passenger ferries, and workboats, as well as shipyards in Singapore and Batam, Indonesia; and manages and operates landing craft, flex crew boats, motor launches, and fast supply intervention vessels. In addition, it provides repair, management, and maintenance services for ships, and crafts; project management services; and shipyard space rentals. The company was founded in 1972 and is based in Singapore.
