The Property Development segment develops and sells residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as offers development management, fund management, and investment services. The company also provides automation, technical, and administrative services, as well as management and consulting services; undertakes general building construction, civil engineering, and electrical works; and manufactures and supplies concrete. In addition, it is involved in shipping operations, including chartering of ships; trading of steel products; and the provision of training for construction workers. The company was founded in 1973 and is based in Singapore. As of July 7, 2023, Lian Beng Group Ltd operates as a subsidiary of OSC Capital Pte. Ltd.
