The company was formerly known as Goal Forward Holdings Limited and changed its name to China Wantian Holdings Limited in December 2021. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. China Wantian Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Ace Source Holdings Limited.
