Bioretec Oy, a medical device company, develops, manufactures, and markets bioresorbable orthopedic implants for the repair of bone and soft tissue injuries in children and adults worldwide. The company offers Activa IM-Nail, a bioabsorbable option for pediatric forearm intramedullary nailing; ActivaNail, an implant that is be used in upper or lower limbs to ensure successful bone regeneration; ActivaPin, a bioabsorbable implant for upper and lower limb fractures; and ActivaScrew, an absorbable surgical implant that is used in fracture treatment, osteotomy, arthrodesis, and bone graft surgery.
