Patten Energy Solutions Group, Inc., formerly Integrated Energy Solutions Inc., specializes in the collection, treatment and sale of waste oils and industrial grade glycols antifreeze. It has two market verticals, including Bio mass/waste to energy and the reprocessing, and distribution and sales of petroleum products. The Company, through its technology, reprocesses waste oils and glycols into resalable products. It also has the ability to turn such feed stocks into energy, electricity, which is then sold back into the power grid. It also has the ability to access distribution chains covering the United States, South America and Asia for distribution of all production. The Company through its subsidiaries, Atlantic-Pacific, LLC and Patten Energy Enterprises, Inc.
