The fund is co-managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC and Northwest & Ethical Investments L.P. It invests in public equity markets of global region. The fund invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, health care, industrials, information technology, materials, real estate and utilities sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Nasdaq-100 ESG Index, by using full replication technique. It does not invest in stocks of companies operating across alcohol, cannabis, controversial weapons, gambling, military weapons, nuclear power, oil & gas, and tobacco sectors.
