As of April 8, 2022, CI Active Credit ETF has been acquired by CI Global High Yield Credit Private Pool. CI Active Credit ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by CI Investments Inc. The fund is co-managed by Marret Asset Management Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests directly, through derivatives and through other funds in high yield debt, convertible bonds, investment grade corporate debt, inflation-linked bonds, private debt, government agency securities, government debt and other income-producing securities of varying maturities. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up and top-down security picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 60% of the Credit Suisse High Yield Index and 40% of the Credit Suisse Leveraged Loan Index. CI Active Credit ETF was formed on January 16, 2015 and is domiciled in Canada.
