It operates through Banking and Credit Granting, Finance Company, Asset and Liabilities Management, Securities, and Insurance segments. The company offers deposit products, including current and savings accounts; term and demand deposits; loans, including unsecured and secured loans; bancassurance; and card services. It also provides card holder security, credit care, hospitalization, and personal accident insurance products; financial market products; online chiropractic and disbursement services; card payment solutions; and payment card, internet and mobile, and e-banking, trade finance, and guarantees services, as well as debit and credit cards, tap and pay, and personal services. It operates through a network of branches and transaction offices. The company was formerly known as Vietnam Joint Sock Commercial Bank for Private Enterprises and changed its name to Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank in July 2010. Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
