SPC Power Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, generates, distributes, and sells electricity in the Philippines. The company operates through three segments: Generation, Distribution, and Other. It engages in the rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, and management of a 203.8 megawatt (MW) Naga Power Plant Complex in Colon, Naga, and Cebu. The company also operates a 146.5 MW Panay diesel power plant located in Dingle, Iloilo; a 22 MW Bohol diesel power plant situated in Tagbilaran City, Bohol; and an olango diesel power plant located in the Island of Olango, Lapu-Lapu City. In addition, it designs, develops, constructs, installs, commissions, rehabilitates, maintains, manages, operates, and invests in power generation/distribution plants and related facilities. The company was formerly known as Salcon Power Corporation and changed its name to SPC Power Corporation in September 2007. SPC Power Corporation was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
