Premium Leisure Corp., an investment holding company, engages in gaming and gaming-related activities in the Philippines. It operates through five segments: Investment Holding; Real Estate; Public Amusement and Recreation; Gaming Business and Lottery Equipment; and Leasing and Others. The company operates integrated resorts, including casinos; and leases lottery equipment comprising lotto terminals, which includes central computer, communications equipment, and the right to use the application software and manuals for the central computer system and draw equipment. It also engages in the supply of betting slips and ticket paper rolls. The company was formerly known as Sinophil Corporation and changed its name to Premium Leisure Corp. The company was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Pasay City, the Philippines. Premium Leisure Corp. is a subsidiary of Belle Corporation.
