The company was formerly known as Veterina d.d. and changed its name to Genera d.d. in June 2009. Genera d.d. was founded in 1901 and is headquartered in Rakov Potok, Croatia. Genera d.d. operates as a subsidiary of Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc.
