Berjaya Land Berhad engages in the gaming and lottery management business in Malaysia and internationally. It operates through Toto Betting and Related Activities; Motor Vehicle Dealership; Property Development and Property Investment; Hotels and Resorts; and Club, Recreation and Others segments. The company leases online lottery equipment; develops, manufactures, and distributes computerized wagering and voting systems; retails, repairs, and maintains motor vehicles, as well as provides related aftersales services; develops and invests in residential and commercial properties; and operates hotels, resorts, golf and recreational clubs, equestrian clubs, casinos, health and fitness centers, and vacation time share, as well as offers air charter services. In addition, it provides landscaping, security, aircraft leasing, river cleaning, project and spa management, computer consultancy, infrastructure development, airport development, software licenses and support, hotel booking and marketing agency, and lottery technical support services; consultation and technical services for property development; parking services; and environment protecting and cleaning services. Further, the company sells and rents ornament plants; undertakes offshore financial related business; offers insurance agency and brokerage services, and interior design services; undertakes construction and electrical works; and sells building materials and machinery. Additionally, it engages in the food and beverage, tourism, retail, and publicity businesses; franchising and licensing of computer and commercial training centers and examination facilitators; and provision of civil engineering contracting works, marketing and consultancy, computer and business education and training, business management consultancy, and child development services. The company was incorporated in 1990 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Berjaya Land Berhad is a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad.
