June 10 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks opened higher on Monday
after the United States abandoned plans to impose tariffs on
Mexican goods, while a multi-billion dollar deal between United
Technologies and Raytheon added to the cheer.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI rose 106.28 points,
or 0.41%, at the open to 26,090.22.
The S&P 500 .SPX opened higher by 12.49 points, or 0.43%,
at 2,885.83. The Nasdaq Composite .IXIC gained 56.77 points,
or 0.73%, to 7,798.87 at the opening bell.
