Vanguard Conservative Income ETF Portfolio is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. It is co-managed by Vanguard Global Advisers, LLC. The fund invests in public equity and fixed income markets. It invests directly or through other funds to create its portfolio. For its equity portion, it invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, it invests in fixed income securities. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the composite Index comprising 6% of the FTSE Canada All Cap Index, 47% of the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Canadian Float Adjusted Bond Index, 7.9% of the CRSP US Total Market Index, 4.7% of the FTSE Developed All Cap ex North America Index, 1.4% of the FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap China A Inclusion Index, 14.7% of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Float Adjusted Bond Index (CAD Hedged), and 18.3% of the Bloomberg Global Aggregate ex-USD Float Adjusted RIC Capped Index (CAD Hedged).
