As of September 1, 2016, ProShares Trust II - ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Commodity has gone out of business. ProShares Trust II - ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Commodity is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by ProShare Capital Management LLC. The fund invests in the commodity markets. It takes long position and uses derivatives such as swap agreements, futures contracts or forward contracts to invest in diversified commodities such as energy, livestock, industrial metals, precious metals, and agriculture which includes natural gas, WTI crude oil, brent crude, unleaded gasoline, heating oil, live cattle, lean hogs, wheat, Hard Red Winter Wheat (KBWT), corn, soybeans, soybean oil, soybean meal, aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel, gold, silver, sugar, cotton and coffee. The fund seeks to track twice the daily performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Index. It was formerly known as ProShares Trust II - ProShares Ultra DJ-UBS Commodity. ProShares Trust II - ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Commodity was formed on November 24, 2008 and is domiciled in the United States.
