SINGAPORE, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Two refineries operating at
Port Dickson on Peninsular Malaysia's west coast have been
unable to offload their crude oil cargoes after a port facility
broke down, four sources familiar with the matter told Reuters
on Tuesday.
The affected port facility is a single point mooring (SPM)
unit, or a loading buoy anchored offshore to allow tankers to
load or offload crude and refined products, the sources said.
Hengyuan Refining Company Bhd (HRC) HENY.KL , a subsidiary
of China's Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Co, and Philippines'
largest refiner Petron Corp PCOR.PS each operate a refinery at
Port Dickson.
