All Boeing (NYSE:BA) 737 MAX jets operated by airlines of China have resumed commercial service, the company announced on Friday.

"All China civil aviation 737 MAXs have resumed operations" - Liu Qing, CEO of Boeing China said in a post on Chinese social media, noting that nearly 100 affected aircraft are now officially back in the skies.

The announcement marks yet another important milestone for Boeing, as the company seeks to re-establish its presence and image in China - the country that took the longest to lift its ban on Boeing's best-selling jet, instated after two fatal crashes several years back.

Just last week Boeing also announced it completed its first 787 Dreamliner delivery to a Chinese customer in over 4 years.

Shares of the US planemaker have been on a steady uptrend over the past several months, and are now up over 33% YTD.
