The fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of developed countries in Europe. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector including real estate investment trusts. It invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT DEVELOPED EUROPE NET TOTAL RETURN INDEX, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as db x-trackers - FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Real Estate UCITS ETF (DR). Xtrackers - FTSE Developed Europe Real Estate UCITS ETF was formed on March 25, 2010 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
