Despite jumping at the start of Thursday's session, Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) shares gave up those initial gains and more, currently down on the day.
Donald Trump's social media company made its market debut this week after completing its merger with shell company Digital World Acquisition Corp. on Monday.
Shares jumped significantly on Tuesday and Wednesday, climbing over 16% and 14%, respectively.
However, Trump Media stock has dipped so far on Thursday. As of 13:28 ET, DJT shares are down 7.8%, trading around the $61.05 per share mark. On Tuesday, it hit a high of over $79 per share.
Trump is the majority shareholder in the company, with filings showing he holds around 78 million shares in Trump Media.
According to a report from Bloomberg on Thursday, options tied to Trump Media & Technology Group are "attracting meme-stock traders and Wall Street professionals."
