Investing.com -- Stocks wobbled on an abbreviated day of trading as investors look toward the Federal Reserve's meeting next month. Here are the midday movers for Nov. 25:

Manchester United Ltd (NYSE:MANU)shares jumped 15% on speculation about the UK football club's recent announcement it would seek strategic alternatives, including a possible sale.

Coinbase Global Inc (NASDAQ:COIN)shares fell 3% after crypto exchange Binance committed $1 billion to a recovery fund for the industry after the collapse of FTX. The price of Bitcoin fell 0.8%, under $16,500.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL)stock fell 1.9% on worries about new Covid-related lockdowns in China as the country tries to contain a new outbreak. The lockdowns have contributed to unrest at the Foxconn factory that makes iPhones.

Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN)shares fell 0.5% as Black Friday kicked off the tradition start to holiday shopping season in the U.S. Cyber Monday is traditionally the big day for online shopping. Walmart Inc (NYSE:WMT) shares were flat, as were Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) shares.

American Airlines Group (NASDAQ:AAL)shares rose 1.9% as people returned to the skies in nearly the same numbers they did before the pandemic. United Airlines Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:UAL) shares rose 1.9%, too.
