Hawkins (NASDAQ:HWKN) hiked its dividend by 7.1% to $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized, for an annual yield of 1.5%. The dividend will be payable on March 3, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 16, 2023.

Dorian LPG (NYSE:LPG) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share for an annual yield of 5%. The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2023.

Shares surged more than 11% yesterday after the company reported its Q3 results, with EPS of $1.29 beating the consensus estimate of $0.89. Revenue was $103.32M, better than the consensus estimate of $97.64M.

Following the report, Evercore ISI raised the price target on the company to $25.00 from $20.00 while maintaining its In-Line rating.
