Reportedly, FTX customers complained receiving scam emails claiming to be sent by FTX Trading Ltd., West Realm Shires Services Inc., and FTX EU Ltd. The emails guaranteed customers of an instant withdrawal of assets, without long “waiting period and court outcomes”. The email read:
