During his twelve-year tenure at Columbia Management, he also conducted equity risk management, analyzed and traded derivatives and structured products, and was a technology analyst. Biography John Damian serves as senior vice president and director of Value Equities. He joined the Value team in September 2001 as portfolio manager of Oppenheimer Small- & Mid- Cap Value Fund and was named on Barron’s Top 100 Fund Managers list four consecutive years, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
