Biography	Mr. Leisring joined Johnson Asset Management in 1999 and serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Fixed Income. His primary responsibilities include fixed income portfolio management, credit analysis, and leading the firm’s fixed income group. Mr. Leisring currently serves as member of the Finance Committee, a member of the Portfolio Strategy and Asset Allocation team, and the lead manager on the fixed income mutual fund complex. He has over 20 years of industry experience including roles in Trading, Analysis, and Research. Mr. Leisring served as the Director of Fixed Income from 2013 to 2021. He received a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from Miami University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Biography	Mr. Jackman is the Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Investment Counsel and a shareholder of the firm. Previously, he was Director of Fixed Income and Institutional Management. Mr. Jackman has been with the firm since 1993, joining soon after earning his bachelor’s degree in economics from Wittenberg University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Cincinnati Society of Financial Analysts.

Biography	Mr. Coates is a CFA charterholder and has been a member of the Opportunity, Fixed Income, and Municipal Income Funds teams since the respective inception date for each of these Funds. He is currently Vice President of the Johnson Mutual Funds Trust and an Institutional Portfolio Manage. He has been with the Adviser in a portfolio management role for over 20 years.
