Biography	David Merjan, a Partner of William Blair Investment Management, LLC, joined William Blair’s Investment Management Department in 1998 as an international stock analyst. From 1986 until 1998, he was with Hughes Electronics in Los Angeles in various capacities, including the Corporate Treasury department where he focused on international mergers and acquisitions and managed corporate currency and interest rate portfolios, as well as in the pension management subsidiary of Hughes where he managed an international equity fund. He has the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Education: B.A., Dickinson College; M.I.M., American Graduate School of International Management.

Biography	William George Greig has over 35 years of industry experience as an analyst, portfolio manager, strategist and CIO. He has been developing quantitative research modeling tools since the 1980s. At William Blair he led the international and global investment management effort, growing assets from $90M to over $30B. He has been a Morningstar International Manager of the Year finalist and was named a Barron’s Top 100 fund manager seven times. George earned a BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
