Prior to LCM Group, Mr. Latimer was a member of the investment team at Ballast Asset Management, providing investment analysis and portfolio management to a fundamental, value-oriented small-mid cap equity strategy. Mr. Latimer began his career at Westwood in 2011 as a Research Associate. In 2015, Mr. Latimer was promoted to Research Analyst, where he was responsible for coverage, research, and idea generation in the technology, industrials, and consumer discretionary sectors. Mr. Latimer graduated magna cum laude from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance. Mr. Latimer earned his CFA charter in April of 2015.

Biography Mr. Rowsey joined Westwood in 2010, serves as a Portfolio Manager and is responsible for investment research in the Consumer Discretionary sector. He is also a member of the Consumer/Health Care research group. Previously, he served as a Research Associate, assisting with research in the Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Health Care and Energy sectors. Mr. Rowsey graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics and a secondary degree in Psychology. Mr. Rowsey is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.

Biography Mr. Lockridge is Head of U.S. Value for Westwood. Mr. Costello began his career with Investors Bank and Trust in 1992 and subsequently joined Delphi Management and The Boston Company. Mr. Costello earned an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Economics from Marietta College. Biography Ms. Lisa Dong, CFA, has served as Senior Vice President and Product Director for Westwood Management Corp. since December 2010. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President and Research Analyst for the firm from June 2005 to December 2010. She joined the firm in 2000 and served as Assistant Vice President and Research Analyst from October 2001 to July 2005. Ms. Dong has served on the portfolio team since April 2008. Ms. Dong participates in the investment decision process during the portfolio team meetings in which the team decides the stock/weight selection for the model portfolio. She has authority to direct trading activity for the Fund and is also responsible for representing the Fund to investors.

He joined the Adviser Westwood Management Corp. in 2002 as an Assistant Research Analyst. He participates in the investment decision process during the portfolio team meetings in which the team decides the stock/weight selection for the target portfolio.

Biography Ms. Kellie R. Stark, CFA, has served as Executive Vice President and Research Analyst for Westwood Management Corp. since March 2009. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Vice President for the Adviser from July 2004 to March 2009, and as Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager from July 1997 to July 2004. She joined the Adviser in 1993. Ms. Stark participates in the investment decision process during the portfolio team meetings in which the team decides the stock/weight selection for the model portfolio. She has authority to direct trading activity for the Funds and is also responsible for representing the Funds to investors. Ms. Stark has more than 21 years of investment experience.

Biography Scott D. Lawson, CFA, has served as Senior Vice President, Senior Research Analyst for Westwood Management Corp. since February 2019. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President, Senior Research Analyst since joining Westwood Management in October 2003 until February 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lawson was an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Bank of America from 2000 to 2003. From 1995 to 2000, he was a Research Analyst with Mississippi Valley Advisors, specializing in the Technology and Industrial sectors. Mr. Lawson holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography Christopher J. MacDonald, CFA Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager Mr. MacDonald joined Westwood in 1994 and serves as a Portfolio Manager. He is also a member of the Business Management Committee. Prior to joining Westwood, he was with Putnam Mutual Funds, where he worked with the equity mutual funds group and with Southwest Securities, where he served as a Compliance Registered Options Principal. Mr. MacDonald graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Finance and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.
Corey Henegar - 2009 2010
Biography Corey has 22 years of experience in managing institutional stock portfolios and researching companies across multiple industries. Corey serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for the Oakview Value strategy. Before joining Oakview in May 2010, Corey spent 9 years working at Westwood Holdings Group. During his tenure at Westwood, he served on the portfolio management team for several equity products including REIT, MLP, Small Cap and the Westwood SmidCap Value Portfolio. During his last six years at Westwood, Corey served as one of the lead portfolio managers for the SmidCap Value strategy. Corey graduated with a BA in Finance from Texas Tech University where he lettered on the men’s golf team.
