Nicholas Leach manages high-yield mandates and contributes to the overall high-yield portfolio strategy in terms of country, industry, company and credit quality. He is also responsible for high-yield credit research. Mr. Leach works closely with the team of credit analysts, and is a member of the firm's High Yield Credit Committee. Mr. Leach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Biography	Satish is Chief Investment Officer of TD Asset Management Inc. and Senior Vice President of TD Bank Financial Group. In addition, Satish manages TD Bank’s Pension Fund. In May 2007, Satish was appointed as a member of the Board of Governors to the University of Waterloo. Satish is also a member of the YPO and was a member of the Top 40 Under 40. Satish graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree. He received his CFA designation in 1990.
