He received a BS from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Biography	Mr. Schliemann has been Managing Principal and Portfolio Manager of Rutabaga Capital Management LLC since 2000. Prior to joining Rutabaga, Mr. Schliemann was a senior vice president in David L. Babson & Company. Previously, he spent nine years as a securities analyst for Boston Company. Mr. Schliemann is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
