Biography David Waldman is deputy chief investment officer of Loomis, Sayles & Company. He is also director of the firm’s quantitative research risk analysis (QRRA) group. David is co-portfolio manager of the Loomis Sayles US Equity Research product. As deputy CIO, David works closely with the investment teams on the continual enhancement of their investment process across both fixed income and equity. Prior to joining the firm, he was senior vice president and portfolio manager at State Street Research & Management Company from November 2003 to January 2005, senior portfolio manager at INVESCO Capital Management from April 2001 to May 2003, and portfolio manager at Federated Research Corp. from January 1997 to March 2001. He began his investment career with Federated Investors in 1994 as an investment analyst covering producer manufacturing, services and transportation. Art was named by Barron’s as one of the top 100 mutual fund managers in America last year. Barry has earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography Adam Liebhoff is a vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and co-portfolio manager for the large cap value, focused value and dividend income strategies. He has co-managed the strategies, including the Loomis Sayles Value and the Loomis Sayles Dividend Income since September 2014. He joined Loomis Sayles in July 2007, and served as a senior equity analyst until July 2014. Prior to Loomis Sayles, Adam was a research analyst following large cap software companies at Cowen & Company from 2002 to 2005, and research associate there from 2000-2002. Throughout most of 2000, he was a research associate covering IT securities at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Previously, he also worked as an equity research associate covering IT securities for both CIBC World Markets from 1999-2000 and Adams, Harkness & Hill from 1998-1999. Adam earned a BA from Hobart College and an MBA from Cornell University.

Biography Warren Koontz, Jr., CFA, is a managing director, the head of large cap value equity, and a large cap value portfolio manager. He joined Jennison Associates in September 2014. Prior to joining Jennison, Warren was a portfolio manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company for diversified and concentrated value strategies. Prior to joining Loomis, Sayles & Company in 1995, Warren was a senior portfolio manager at Comerica Bank. He also worked for three years as chief investment officer for The Jeffrey Company, a private investment firm. He began his investment career in 1984 at the Public Employees' Retirement System of Ohio as a securities analyst and later became an assistant investment officer. He received a BS in finance and an MBA from The Ohio State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography Mr. Carroll, a co-portfolio manager of the Fund, is also a co-portfolio manager of the Loomis Sayles Value Fund and portfolio manager of the Loomis Sayles Focused Value Fund. Mr. Carroll joined Loomis Sayles as a portfolio manager of the firm’s Large Cap Value product in 1996. Prior to Loomis, he was a Managing Director at PaineWebber where he was responsible for managing the energy research team. In this position, Mr. Carroll was recognized as one of the country's top energy analysts from 1984 to 1996 by both the Institutional Investor and Greenwich Research Associates.

Biography Jeffrey W. Wardlow, CFA - CIO, Portfolio Manager, has over 30 years of experience in investment management. Prior to joining DeRoy & Devereaux, he served as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Large Cap Value Equities for Loomis, Sayles & Co. While at Loomis, Sayles he managed the Value Fund, institutional portfolios, and individual separate accounts. Jeff began his career with Bank of America (formerly called Nationsbank) as an equity analyst following financial services and retailing. While at Nationsbank he was a Vice President and managed the Nationsbank Equity Income Fund and separate accounts. He holds a BA and an MBA from Michigan State University and he is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Detroit.

Biography Mills is a vice president and portfolio manager with Loomis, Sayles & Company, her employer since 1977. She is a value manager who looks for low price/earnings ratios. Mills is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of both the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts and the Los Angeles Association of Investment Women. She was born in 1949 and received her BA from the University of Natal in South Africa. An avid traveler, Mills is married and has two children.

Biography Isaac serves as Piedmont’s Chief Investment Officer and portfolio manager of Piedmont’s Strategic Core product. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Loomis, Sayles’ Value Equity Management Division. He was named to this position in 1998, assuming management responsibility for 25 investment professionals who managed seven products, with over $10 billion in assets under management (as of 12/31/99). Isaac joined Loomis as a portfolio manager in 1993. In 1995, he became Managing Partner of Loomis’ Detroit office and was elected a Director of the firm. Prior to joining Loomis, Sayles & Co., Isaac served as Senior Vice President and Director of Investments at NCM Capital Management. He joined NCM in 1988 as Director of Research. Isaac began his investment career as a Securities Analyst with NCNB National Bank.
