Biography Tim is a Fund Manager, Index Funds within the bond team and is responsible for the All Stocks Gilt Index Trust and Linked Pension over 15 year Gilt Index Fund. He joined Legal & General in 1980 and has over 30 years’ experience covering all aspects of cash and fixed interest securities management. He joined the Index Funds department in 2001 to focus on non-sterling based index funds. Prior to 2001, he was a member of the active bonds team where he had overall responsibility for LGIM’s non-sterling active government bond portfolios in addition to managing a range of UK bond portfolios.
Raju Jobanputra Portfolio Manager 2006 2008
Biography Raju Jobanputra is a fund manager in the passive bond team and joined Legal & General Investment Management in May 2006. Raju spent the last 17 years at Shell Pension Fund and was responsible for the active management of their fixed income portfolios (gilts, corporates and overseas bonds) and Australian equity portfolio. He was also a member of Shell's asset allocation committee, providing strategy advice to trustees of the various Shell pension plans and advising on the use of risk budgets. Raju has a 1st class honours degree in Economics from the City of London Polytechnic.
Helen Stuart Senior Portfolio Manager 2000 2006
Biography Helen is a Fund Manager, Index Funds within the bond team, focusing primarily on the UK corporate bond funds. Helen joined LGIM in 1985, initially as a Performance Analyst in Managed Funds. She then spent six years in the client administration team before joining Index Funds in 1994. Helen was originally responsible for maintaining the UK equity fund management system and overseeing client portfolio weightings. She then moved into the growing index bond funds area in 1996, becoming a fund manager in 2001. Helen has a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics from the Open University.
Neil Higgins Index Funds team 2000 2004
Biography Neil Higgins joined Legal & General in September 1979. Neil graduated with a Mathematics degree from Essex University. He has 17 years experience of the bond markets dating back to 1986. Neil transferred to the Index Funds team in May 1995. He was responsible for all Bond Index Funds and oversaw the successful extension of our range of pooled Bond products. Neil is a founder member and Deputy Chairman of the FTSE Actuaries Bonds Indices Committee.
