Biography	Clemmons is a president and general partner of Mercator. He began his career as an investment professional over 16 years ago. From 1990 to 1993, he served as a research analyst and portfolio manager at Templeton Quantitative Advisors in New York. In addition, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1981 to 1985. Clemons is a member of the South Florida Financial Analysts Society.

Joseph is a member of the California Bar Association.
