She became the New York operations manager in 1997. Ms. Unflat graduated magna cum laude from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree in finance from St. John’s University. Ms. Unflat is registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) as an Associated Person of Invesco and has passed the Series 3 examination.

Biography Donna joined Chancellor LGT, Invesco’s predecessor, in 1997. She began her career in 1981 as a research assistant for the Money & Banking Group for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. Subsequently, she has held investment positions with JP Morgan, General Motors Investment Management Corp., and William M. Mercer Investment Consulting. Donna received a B.A. from Hampton University in 1981 and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.
