Biography	Shintaro Harada, CMA, is the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Nomura GSC Japanese Growth Equal Weighted ADR strategy and has 23 yrs of investment experience. He has been Team Leader of Japan Equity Active Growth Team since 2003 and started his career in Japan Active Growth in 1996. He has been Senior Portfolio Manager of High-Conviction Strategy since 2011. Harada joined Nomura Investment Co., Ltd. as Assistant Portolio Manager in 1993. He obtained a B.A. in Law at Keio University in 1993.
