Biography Steve Brown, Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Guggenheim Partners and Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Security Investors. Biography John Walsh, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Guggenheim Partners, has co-managed Guggenheim High Yield Fund since July 2023. Mr. Walsh joined Guggenheim Partners in 2012 and is Head of Guggenheim's High Yield and Bank Loan Trading in Guggenheim's Corporate Credit Group. Mr. Walsh manages teams of high yield and bank traders. In addition to trading, Mr. Walsh is the capital markets contact for high yield transactions within the Corporate Credit Group and works closely with the portfolio management and research teams to oversee the daily management of the Guggenheim's high yield mandates. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Walsh was a Managing Director at Knight Capital and senior trader in the healthcare, energy, and services sectors. Prior to Knight Capital, Mr. Walsh was a Managing Director in high yield trading at Banc of America Securities for 10 years focusing on the healthcare, industrial, and steel sectors. Mr. Walsh has over 38 years' experience in the high yield market and started his career as a trader for the high yield/money market funds at First Investors. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. in Business Management from Cornell University.

Biography Thomas J. Hauser, Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Guggenheim Partners. He has co-managed Series F since November 2014 and Series P since January 2017. Mr. Hauser joined Guggenheim Partners (or its affiliate or predecessor) in 2002 and is a member of Guggenheim’s Corporate Credit Group. He is also a member of the Investment Committee overseeing Guggenheim’s corporate credit investing activities. Mr. Minerd joined Guggenheim Partners (or its affiliate or predecessor) in May 1998. Mr. Minerd leads Guggenheim Partners' research on global macroeconomics and guides the firm’s investment strategies.Previously, Mr. Minerd was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse First Boston in charge of trading and risk management for the Fixed Income Credit Trading Group. In this position, he was responsible for the corporate bond, preferred stock, money markets, U.S. government agency and sovereign debt, derivatives securities, structured debt and interest rate swaps trading business units. Prior to that, Mr. Minerd was Morgan Stanley’s London based European Capital Markets Products Trading and Risk Manager responsible for Eurobonds, Euro-MTNs, domestic European Bonds, FRNs, derivative securities and money market products in 12 European currencies and Asian markets. Mr. Minerd has also held capital markets positions with Merrill Lynch and Continental Bank. Prior to that, he was a Certified Public Accountant and worked for the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Minerd is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets, helping advise the NY Fed President and senior management at the bank about the current financial markets and ways the public and private sectors can better understand and mitigate systematic risks. Biography Richard de Wet, Director and Portfolio Manager at the Investment Managers. Mr. de Wet joined Guggenheim Partners in March 2013 as part of the Portfolio Management team in the Corporate Credit Group. Mr. de Wet is responsible for the management of High Yield portfolios including the implementation of Investment Committee and firm Macroeconomic views. Prior to Guggenheim, he was with PIMCO where he spent 6 years and was part of the team sent from California to establish PIMCO’s New York Portfolio Management presence. Biography Mr. Gundersen is a Senior Managing Director and portfolio manager in Guggenheim’s Corporate Credit Group. He is a member of the Investment Committee overseeing Guggenheim’s corporate credit investing activities, Portfolio Manager for the NZC Guggenheim Fund, and has been with Guggenheim Partners since 2002. He has over a decade of experience in the high yield and leverage loan asset class. During his career at the firm, Mr. Gundersen has been an analyst covering a variety of sectors, and subsequently led an industry team that focused on investing across the capital structure in the media, telecommunications and technology sectors. In addition, in his capacity as a senior analyst and as a team leader, Mr. Gundersen has sourced and structured directly negotiated middle market debt investments. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Gundersen worked at GeoTrust, a technology company focused on eCommerce security solutions. Mr. Gundersen received his A.B. from Harvard University. Prior to United Bank of Denver, Swank was a bank holding company examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
