Biography Damien Kohler has held the position of Head of the European Small & Mid Caps team at BNP Paribas Asset Management since 2006. In this capacity, he oversees a focused team of portfolio managers managing a consistent range of Small and Mid Cap products. Biography Eve Bouard has been European Equity portfolio manager for BNP Paribas Asset since 2007. She is specifically involved in the management of the Small & Micro Cap Euro portfolios. Eve joined the European Equity team as an equity analyst in 2003 following two years in the same position within the International Equity Investments team. Before joining BNP Paribas Asset Management in 1997 as a security lending trader, she held a similar position with Société Générale Capital Markets for two years (1995 – 1997). Eve is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Dijon, France (1995) and holds the CIIA certificate (Certified International Investment Analyst) from the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts, 2002).

Biography Eliane de Villaines has been a portfolio manager for BNP Paribas Asset Management’s European Equity team since 2001, specialising in French Small & Mid Cap equity management. Eliane has considerable experience in dealing with small & mid caps, from the perspective of both a portfolio manager and an analyst. She joined BNP Paribas Asset Management's European equities team in 1994 as a French Small Cap analyst and progressed to portfolio manager in 2001. Previous to this, she worked as a credit analyst at the Royal Bank of Canada in London between 1991 and 1994. Eliane is a graduate of the European Business School in Paris (1990), has successfully completed the SFAF programme and holds the CIIA certification (1998).
