Biography	John Chow is a portfolio manager at Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM). He joined Fidelity's quantitative equity group in 1994, and has managed assets for institutional and individual investors since 1997. Mr. Chow earned his bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Biography	TIMOTHY A. KROCHUK is a Managing Member of GRT Capital Partners and a Portfolio Manager. Mr. Krochuk has been with the Adviser since its inception in 2001 and is one of its founding members. He has been involved with investment management and research since 1992. Mr. Krochuk holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He holds an AB in economics from Harvard College (1992). While at Harvard, Mr. Krochuk was also the President of TAK Programming Group Inc., a systems integration firm.
